American living in Japan since 2006. First encountered Stretch Therapy in 2014. Went on to attend multiple workshops, studying the method under the direct guidance of the founder. Participated in teacher training and became a certified Stretch Therapy™ Teacher in 2018. Certified as a Senior Stretch Therapy™ Teacher in May 2021.
